Digital Detox – Day 6

I used my phone a lot yesterday. I mean a lot lot! Maybe it happened because I longed for some reward to celebrate the end of the week, which was average to be honest, but I was very tired because of traffic on the roads.

Also, I couldn’t read Weber’s book, as the file was damaged and some words were unreadable. I found better one but didn’t read, just because I wanted to get something easier like YouTube or other sources.

Summarizing this week’s attempts to stay away from my phone:
1) I got consistent writing this journal

2) I read more, every day, almost

3) I walked more and worked on my posture, which is awful

4) I got a little bit more confident

What should be done:
1) Gradually decrease phone usage to make sure that it wouldn’t resulted in more stress

2) Pay attention to other projects and plans I have

3) Read more consistently
