Digital Detox – Day 3

I was reluctant to leave my bed as I went to bed late yesterday. And now I am in a hurry. Also, yesterday I used my phone more in bed though it the worst case scenario, as it prevented me from healthy sleeping. But you know, it’s completely okay I’m not a robot. The main thing here is to keep doing this to transform in into a habit and then build better life, have more quality time doing things I really like and want, not things I do because of boredom. I decided to spend my time to not be regretful about it after.

Update: I used my phone quite a lot not only for work, but also to entertain myself. It’s okay, as you cannot change your behavior overnight, it’s impossible. You just can do new things every day, gradually decreasing the amount of what you want to call the past and increase the amount, the volume of things you want to call your present. I want to be awake and live my life being in Now. I don’t want to live dreaming, but doing my best, enjoying right this moment.
